Tammy Diaz started her career with the New Mexico Department of the Environment, then moved on to work at Los Alamos National Laboratory where she eventually worked in weapons as a program manager. After working in the corporate world for years, Tammy decided that she wanted flexibility and the ability to give back to communities. In January 2022, she purchased Black Dog Shredding and operating as an entrepreneur. She currently operates in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
