Heather Rodriguez is a deep feeler and empath, which has helped shape her career and her life path. She is a Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Practitioner, a mental health therapist, a professor, and a healer. She is a social justice warrior, especially for the LGBTQIA+ community, and she works in both professional and volunteer capacities to protect and advocate for other people. Join us as we talk about movement, religious trauma, and the joys of caring for temperamental felines.

Heather Rodriguez has been a mental health therapist for 20+ years working with trauma treatment, LGBTQ+ youth, and she is an active social justice advocate. Heather is also a registered yoga teacher and a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F). She is a lover of all things tea.
